Land fetch and card drawing for one mana is too much. Even though the card is restricted to a forest, drawing one of these can make a one mana start viable. For a more balanced cost structure, take the following cards into consideration: Afflict, Aggressive Urge, Altar's Reap. Out of all your "Powder" cards, this one is the most overpowered.
