Card of the Day - Extraplanar Tutor

I want to playtest this card.  It seems like it could be very useful in the right situation.  The drawback of letting your opponent see your entire deck is pretty steep, but I think this could be a lot of fun.

  1. I think it would create more excitement and/or variety if it said "nonland," otherwise, I think a common choice that opponents would go for would be a land.

Hmm... is it worth it to ditch slots in your deck to be able to get a random one of your other spells rather than just filling slots of this card in your deck in with other powerful cards for your deck to accompany the rest of your powerful cards you hope to get from your opponent?

Of course, this is definitely way less powerful in a Limited deck. A random creature dork might be a common target. A one-drop something or other.

But I like the way you're thinking, twisting the tutoring effect like this!

    1. I get why you would want to not be a land, but to me, the fun in the card is when you cast it and they don't know what you 're hoping for. They might just get you that 2nd swamp you need...
