    Metalcraft — Sacrifice ~: Draw a card. Activate this ability only if you control three or more artifacts.

    Now that's sexy for Artifact decks!

    Although I do like your design, this card is made to be the 1 cost artifact version of the Powder cycle. Changing the format of it kind of voids the original intent.
