Card of the Day - Rioting Dragon


It fells weird giving Enrage to a flying creature, but it feels weirder to not give Enrage to a Dragon.  Flavor wins over functionality on this one.

    Forgive my ignorance if this is already an established thing but is that each artifact on both sides or target opponent's?
