Card of the Day - Winged Spider

The good news is that if it loses flying, it can still block flying creatures.

  1. I appreciate the flavor and space explored, but this is actually space that shouldn't be explored unless the environment calls for it, gameplay-wise. Otherwise, it just feels weird to have redundancy. Some players might even try to look too much into why there is a redundancy to make sense of it.

  2. I know! It feels so wrong. I had to make it because I saw this picture of a flying spider. I don't recommend actually making this card. It makes my brain hurt.

  3. ... If it's flying, it doesn't need to have reach...

    1. You are correct. That's why I made it. The problem is, it's a spider, so it has reach; also it has wings, so it gets flying. My brain is putty.

    3. Root Spider and Giant Trap Door Spider are the only two... and they were originally made a long long time ago.
