In whatever set this card is from, there are things that benefit from being cybernetically enhanced.

Edit: Changed the subtype to Cybernetic instead of it being a keyword.  As the commenter pointed out, having an all-downside keyword feels bad. Also I changed it from plural to singular.

This is designed so every parts card doesn't work in every deck.  You need to be playing a little bit of blue to make this work.
