I made this card for the Goblin Artisan's challenge last week. The stipulations were:

2: uncommon
3: works better in multiplayer, and
4: made for Johnnies

I think this fits the criteria.

This card was one of my examples for Curse week.  In the article I explain that this card should have been in Dark Ascension.  It could also easily be in Innistrad.
