This guy works well with yesterday's card.  He could be a build-around uncommon in a white/blue Cybernetic aggro deck.

In whatever set this card is from, there are things that benefit from being cybernetically enhanced.

Edit: Changed the subtype to Cybernetic instead of it being a keyword.  As the commenter pointed out, having an all-downside keyword feels bad. Also I changed it from plural to singular.
