Card of the Day - Ocular Implant

In whatever set this card is from, there are things that benefit from being cybernetically enhanced.

Edit: Changed the subtype to Cybernetic instead of it being a keyword.  As the commenter pointed out, having an all-downside keyword feels bad. Also I changed it from plural to singular.

    It's a keyword that entirely consists of a drawback. Not a fan.

    Card itself is neat.
