Making infections hurt since 2013. Notice that this card uses infection counters in a different way than the other cards that use them. This card would be in a different set, probably.
Two different types of counters on the same and made by the same card? Probably not so good. Why not just start by giving a -1/-1 counter and adding one each turn?
