I think Provoke is the better iteration of this mechanic. While this is clever and cool, it's also quite easy to simply throw a bunch of your opponent's 0/1 and 1/1 creatures in front of it, and wipe out half of their board. That does not seem fun, nor doable at lower rarities.
So far, this is the biggest creature with Outsmart that I've made. You should notice, as well, that it has flying. It's possible that you could kill a few flyers at once, but their ground forces are probably safe.
