This is an old card design that I had originally called Thoughtflare. But then good ol' WOTC used that name for a different Izzet card, so I used the art from that card as an homage. (I think it fits my design better...)
I don't think I like "painful" here. Maybe something more like "regretful" or "irrevocable"? (Note how helpful my criticism isn't in actually making the important parts of cards)
